HyperdriveCarbon- Twill Weave with a Matte Finish on one Side Only. We manufacture a large range of Twill and Plain Weave 100% Carbon fibre Sheets with a Matt finish on one side only.

For model making, car Interior styling etc. 3K Twill Weave, Matte surface on one side. Carbon Fibre sheet is very strong owing to its perfect ratio of reinforcement to matrix and pressure consolidation during curing and is manufactured to engineering tolerances. Thickness: 1.0mm to 5.0mm. Sizes may vary by 1-2mm either way due to manual cutting. Weight (per sheet in grams). Finish: Matte Finish and Twill Pattern on one side. This sheet has a Twill weave pattern. The one side of the sheet has a classic twill weave, woven carbon fibre appearance and is nearly pinhole-free with a Matte finish.

Our high strength vacuum infused composite sheets are manufactured using 100% carbon fibre reinforced with a near-clear epoxy resin matrix. All composite stacks are laid by hand to ensure maximum. Stacks are then vacuum infused and cured under pressure greater than 28 inches of mercury. The tool is then elevated to an optimal temperature to produce a near-perfect composite sheet with high-grade mechanical properties and a class-A surface finish.
